Digital high-precision gas path control EPC, perfectly reproducing chromatographic peaks
The GC 2000 laboratory desktop gas chromatograph is equipped with a digital high-precision fully electronic gas path system as standard. The system can be equipped with up to 6 digital gas path modules EPC, which can control up to 18 gas paths. The core components of these digitally empowered EPCs are made of rare and expensive ruby material. Due to its hard and easy to process texture, as well as its resistance to deformation caused by environmental factors, ruby is a good choice for micro pneumatic materials used in EPC cores.
When using a digital EPC module, a simple internal air circuit design can easily and stably achieve an air circuit control accuracy of 0.001psi. Therefore, repeated experiments using GC 2000 gas chromatography can result in overlapping chromatographic peaks.
Advanced special processing and surface treatment technologies significantly improve the analytical performance of complex compound analysis
When the compound structure contains complex elements such as N, O, S, P, etc., the molecules often have strong activity and are prone to interact with the active sites in the sample flow path to form adsorption. In the chromatogram, it will result in poor effects such as peak shape tailing, reduced sensitivity, and decreased reproducibility.
GC 2000 adopts special processing and surface treatment techniques such as cutting-edge ultra inert surface treatment technology on all surfaces that may come into contact with the sample, fully sealing the surface active points and preventing complex compounds from forming adsorption effects on the gas path surface. Users no longer need to worry about analyzing complex compounds, and can easily obtain perfect peak shapes and repeatability, and even effectively reduce matrix effects caused by complex samples.
Smart touch screen based on open operating system enables infinite imagination in human-computer interaction
The touch screen of GC 2000 equipment is equipped with user interaction applications written based on the Android open operating system architecture. The application APP features a materialized graphical UI design and a fully Chinese user interaction interface, making the running status of all modules clear at a glance. Meanwhile, thanks to the open development platform of the Android operating system, the smart screen can also achieve functions such as status parameter analysis, situational awareness, fault self diagnosis, and intelligent analysis of operational data. Users can operate the smart screen as easily as using a mobile phone and open up unlimited imagination space for human-computer interaction.
The workstation software inherits the classic operating interface style, and users do not need to change their usage habits
The software interface of GC 2000 gas chromatograph workstation adheres to the user's consistent usage habits for decades. Users do not need to re learn the software of the system to proficiently operate and obtain the results they need.
At the top of the workstation software interface, you can find the status of the instrument, the status bar for sample operation, and control buttons;
In the middle of the workstation software interface, you can find shortcut keys for editing sequences and methods, and prominently display the actual monitoring values of each module parameter;
At the bottom of the workstation software interface is the real-time online spectrum, which allows for real-time understanding of the chromatographic peaks.
Powerful analysis software can perform statistical analysis between data and draw sample trend charts
Traditional data analysis software can only support data processing for individual samples, but cannot meet the needs of comparing the degree of variation between samples. Users often need to transfer to Excel to complete the corresponding tasks. The data analysis software of GC 2000 can not only process the analysis results of multiple samples in batches, but also perform mixed statistical operations between different samples and display the results graphically. Enable users to easily compare samples and understand the trend of continuous sample changes with just one click.
In addition to excellent stability and intelligence, GC 2000 can also be connected to various injection and detection systems to form flexible and versatile combinations, enabling the gas chromatography platform to help users meet diverse application needs.
On the front end of GC 2000, users can choose to connect to Spectrum's own headspace sampler to analyze disinfection by-products in drinking water, or connect to an automatic non methane total hydrocarbon sampler to monitor emissions from pollution sources; In the backend of GC 2000, single-stage mass spectrometry can also be used to detect the source of odors, and triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry can be used to detect pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.
